You have 30 days from the delivery date of the mattress to try it out. If after 20 nights and no more than 30 night's you are not completely satisfied with your Air Mattress you may return it for a full refund after deducting $75.00 restocking fee. It is customers responsibility to pay for
shipping to return the mattress.
Adjustable Bed Frames, wooden foundations, accessories, mattress pads, pillows and services like White Glove Delivery, are not covered under the 30 Night Sleep Trial and are not refundable.
To return the Air Bed Mattress, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued. No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA. Also, NO C.O.D Return Shipments will be accepted. All merchandise must be in original condition, unsoiled, with no smoke odor and packed in original boxes. All Return Merchandise must be returned to 210 N Marie ST Nixa, MO 65714.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately two weeks. |
